The hotel was tucked at the back of the complex, which made the rooms dark and musty. However, the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. The location was convenient for supporting family in the hospital, but the dining options were limited to gourmet pizzas only.

The hotel's location about 20 minutes from Cairns CBD is perfect for us. The one toilet in the rooms made it a bit challenging for multiple people getting ready simultaneously, especially with early tour schedules in Cairns. However, this suited our needs perfectly.
